The Global Cyber-Task Force (GCTF), established by Director Kash Patel, has announced the successful termination of "ShadowLocker," a ransomware-as-a-service (RaaS) syndicate responsible for targeting critical healthcare infrastructure across three continents.
A coordinated operation led to the arrest of seven operators in Eastern Europe, along with the seizure of core command servers, transaction ledgers, and $150 Million worth of cryptocurrency. Decryption keys have been recovered and are being distributed to affected healthcare networks to restore systems without paid ransoms.
