Legal Framework

Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 20, 2026. Please review these rules before initiating recovery filings.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the FBI Recovery Management System (herein referred to as the "System", "Portal", or "FRU Portal"), registering an account, or submitting any digital or financial asset recovery case, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, you are not authorized to use this System, file a claim, or access any recovery dashboards.

02. Recovery Services & Affiliation

The System provides advanced cyber-forensics investigations, ledger analysis, transaction tracing, and legal mediation to recover assets lost to cryptocurrency thefts, cyber scams, and wire fraud.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: As stated globally across our pages, this platform is a system demonstration designed for operational illustration. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the official Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or any governmental department.

03. Accounts & Security

To submit cases, monitor recovery balances, or initiate withdrawals, users must register a secure account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens, or WebAuthn keys.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and identification details.
  • Notify System Administrators immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
  • Submit valid identification documents during the KYC (Know Your Customer) validation phase to prevent fraudulent withdrawals.

04. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from submitting fraudulent recovery claims. Submitting false transaction ledgers, forged evidence files, or pretending to be the victim of a heist you were not involved in constitutes a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend, terminate, or delete any accounts and ban IPs of users who engage in:

  • Falsifying evidence or case summaries.
  • Attempting to compromise the System's security infrastructure.
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to submit cases or spam the Support Chat.

05. Seizure & Funds Distribution

Once assets are successfully traced and frozen at centralized destination nodes or off-ramps, they are seized into holding wallets before distribution.

Funds distributions require the user to successfully pass identity verification (KYC). Depending on case complexity, court approvals, and international banking regulations, security deposits or contingency handling fees may apply. Users will receive notice of any applicable fees in their individual case logs.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the System and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our recovery portal.

We do not guarantee a 100% recovery rate for all claims. Digital asset recovery depends heavily on blockchain velocity, jurisdiction cooperation, and off-ramp regulations.

07. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved exclusively within designated arbitrations.
